Dear Business Owners, Managers, and Friends,

South San Francisco High School Class of 2017 is planning to attend Grad Nite 2017 at Disneyland.  South San Francisco Unified School District schools are very fortunate to have the support of our business community and we thank you for your past generosity!   This year, as in the past, due to the high cost of transportation, we are asking for your help again to ensure that all students can participate in this memorable event for our graduating Seniors.

Our goal is to offset the high cost of the buses.  Each bus can cost well over $4000, and depending on how many buses are needed (possibly 4 total), that cost can go well over $20,000.  Please consider making a monetary contribution to help us cover this cost.  Your support is very much appreciated and any amount would help greatly. 

Please make checks payable to “SSF PTSA Grad Nite” (please write “Class of 2017” in memo).  Your donation can be mailed directly to the school.

Reserve your spot now before its all sold out!.

Cost for Disneyland Venue is $200.00

Turn in your $50 NONREFUNDABLE deposit by  Monday, January 26 to hold your spot for Disney. There are only 20 spots left for Disney GradNiteThe FINAL installment payment of $150 for Disney will be due February 26th.

 

Cost for Universal GradNite Venue is $175.00

There are only 22 spots left for Universal Studios. Turn in your $50 NONREFUNDABLE deposit by January 26 to hold your spot for Universal. and the FINAL installment payment of $125 due February 26th.

 

Mandatory forms are required with signup(s) also to be placed on the venue (s) List to attend GradNite event

 

After February 19th price will go up to $225 for Disney and $200 for Universal Studios if we have any left!

 

You may fundraise  for your own GradNite with Sees Easter candies you get 50% on egg items and for only item #632.

We will need your $50.00 NONREFUNDABLE deposit & Mandatory Forms received to be placed on the GradNIte Disney Venue by Monday, January 22nd.

The 2nd full installment of $150 is due Monday, February 19th.

After February 19th Price will go up to $225.00

Seniors please turn in Mandatory forms ASAP. You will be busy in couple months with Capstone project, Finals etc.. and we do not want to stress any students at that time...

 

Please do so now to get this out of your check list to do!  Thank you to those that did turn in their forms early.

 

Seniors that we had emailed,and pulled out of class and personally gave all the forms to submit last month please submit the Mandatory forms ASAP! We attached the forms on our website in case you misplaced them for you.
